What is GreenBays Golf?
GreenBays Golf is an automated, self-service, 24/7 indoor golf facility powered by Trackman IO.
How do I book a session?
Book online as a casual visitor, or go to the member services page to book using your membership or multi-session pack.
How many bookings can I make at a time?
You can have up to two upcoming bookings at any given time, up to 7 days in advance - we want to ensure everyone has fair access to the facility.
How do memberships work?
Memberships provide the most value for access to the facility. Members are offered multiple session bookings per month or week, depending on which plan is chosen.
So when I begin a session, I can play indefinitely?
If your bay remains available, we're happy for you to continue to play. We encourage you to respect the booking times of other members and exit the bay as the next scheduled golfer arrives.
How do I get into the facility?
Once you make a booking online, you will be sent an email with a unique pin code. This pin code allows access from 15 minutes prior to your booking. When you get to the door, enter the pin & you will be granted access. If you are having access issues, please scan the QR code at the back door & contact us via the phone or email available on the booking site.
Is food and beverage available at the facility?
We provide a tea & coffee station complimentary. We do have a vending machine coming soon. Otherwise, we love our local businesses and encourage you to support them by bringing in your favourite food and/or beverages to enjoy while you practice, play and socialise.
How do I know there's a spot available when I want to come in?
The booking calendar when you book online shows you the real time status of each of our simulator bays. This allows you to see when the next booking is scheduled and book accordingly.
What else is available at the facility?
Our club is equipped with TVs that have access to Kayo, Spotify, YouTube & Netflix, allowing you to watch the golf, football & listen to music while you play. We have a club cleaning station coming soon. The club provides a restroom and a shower with basic amenities.
Can I bring a friend?
If your friend is playing, we ask that you top up your booking with the accurate number of golfers. You can always add a friend to your booking after you have booked your session by clicking here. If your friend isn't playing, they are free to support, relax & enjoy the facilities provided in our club.

What if I have a problem while I’m there?
Our facility is unstaffed, however you are able to contact us if you have any issues while using the facility. Please scan the QR code on the back door and contact us via the phone or email available on the booking site.
What do I need to bring to the facility?
Make sure you have your email with your pin code for access. You will need to bring your own set of clean clubs for use. Golf balls are provided at the facility, please do not use your own balls. This is important as any external debris can affect the accuracy of the technology.
Can I practice my short game?
Whilst the Trackman iO allows you to putt, we have varied practice putting greens available to test & improve your short game. Feel free to use them while you wait or following your session.
